About Us

 Back in 2010 when Chef Aaron was Googling names trying to come up with an original name for a food service business. He randomly put ChefauChef in Google and at that time nothing came up in the search results! It was in that moment he knew he had an original name that was one of a kind! It wasn't until 2012 that ChefauChef was fully LLCed and Chef Aaron went full time with ChefauChef Catering.

Then- 2012 started with One full time employee (Himself), one fraternity house, 1 wedding on the books, and 10 catered events in that first year.

Now-2024 we have 15 employees + on call catering/service team members, 70+ weddings booked each year, several Greek houses, and caters 1000+ events each year.

ChefauChef Catering has been solely owned and operated by Chef Aaron since 2012.

Chef Aaron lives in Lincoln, NE with his wife Dani (m.2012) and their three kiddos (Caleb, Bethany, and Eve), dog (Gio), and cat (Frank).

Chef Aaron graduated high school from Lincoln Southwest in 2006 and then Southeast Community College with a degree in Culinary Arts in 2009. Chef Aaron also holds a Disney Culinary Internship Certificate for working at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL in the Fall of 2007.
