1) Do you offer tastings?

Absolutely! We have two great options if you’d like to sample our food:

2) What is your catering minimum?

It depends on the event, menu, and guest count. If you're feeding fewer than 20 people, your best option is to piggyback on an existing catering order.

  • Check out our Wham Bam Menu (red button above), or

  • Contact us to see what we’re already cooking for the day.

With at least 24 hours’ notice, piggyback orders can start as low as $50.

Delivery Fees:

  • $20 for orders under $200 within Lincoln city limits.

  • Outside Lincoln: fee based on mileage and drive time; roughly $3/Mile)

Special Minimums:

  • New Year’s Eve: $3,000 minimum in food sales (if available).

3) How do I secure my event/date?

We’ll send you an invoice that includes your event date, location, estimated head count, and menu. Once approved, a 25% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to hold your date.

Payment Options: Check, Credit Card, Venmo*, Cash, or Online ACH Payment (preferred)

Your event is not official booked until we receive the 25% non refundable deposit to secure the date and our servicess.

*=fees applied, we will have you cover the transaction fees to help keep our cost fair for all roughly 3.5% of the total)

4) Can you accommodate food allergies or special diets?

Yes! We are happy to work around allergies, dietary restrictions, and special meal needs. Just let us know in advance so we can accommodate.

5) How far do you travel?

We cater up to 2.5 hours or 150 miles from our location.
A travel fee applies based on mileage and team labor time. (roughly $3/miles, example: your reception is 99 miles from our address (2111 N. 86th St, Lincoln NE 68505) delivery fee would be $297+taxes)

6) Do you provide beverages?

For smaller events, we offer:

  • Bottled water

  • Bottled iced tea

  • Canned sodas & sparkling waters

We do not serve alcohol (we do not have a liquor license), and we do not provide beverages for large events so we can focus solely on the food.

7) What’s the largest event you’ve catered?

We’ve served:

  • 1,350+ guests with our Tailgate Menu

  • 6,500 breakfast burritos for the Good Life Halfsy (Fall 2025)

8) What are your fees?

  • Delivery Fee:

    • Free within Lincoln city limits for orders over $200

    • Outside Lincoln: $3/mile from our address: 2111 N 86th St Lincoln NE 68505

  • If we just drop off food:

    • No additional fees beyond taxes (and delivery if applicable)

  • If our team works the event:

    • 25% service fee + 10% automatic gratuity

    • Real plates: $2/person (plus tax) for added staffing

    • Plated or Family-Style service: 40% service fee added

  • Venue Fees:

    • Some venues charge us to be on their preferred vendor list

    • These fees are passed directly to you, we don’t mark up our menu prices for everyone else. It’s the fairest way to handle this.

9) Can I customize the menu?

Yes! Menu changes are welcome. Just note: the final price may adjust depending on what’s added or substituted.

10) Did Chef Aaron really write a book? Why?
